The sport of Cross Country running has to be one of the most difficult, most demanding, and least publicized sports there is. Coach George Caton again took his team of runners to the lonely back roads and to their home course at Dickson Mounds this year.
With many meets under their belts and a trip to the state run-off's this year, the trail ended in the HHS cafeteria for this team as an acknowledgement of their efforts by Coach Caton. I wanted to be sure to be there for some photos as these are hard working kids in this sport. I am looking for someone to give me a ride on a photo-scooter for next seasons coverage...got one, call me.
