The tradition continues
The 9th annual Project Thanksgiving Community Thanksgiving dinner will be held on Thursday, November 27, 2008. It will be at the C.I. Chester Center, 200 S. McKinley, Havana from 11am to 2pm. This is a free dinner open to all Havana area residents. Meals can be delivered if the person is unable to attend. Transportation is also available if desired. Call Carol Schmidt at 309-543-2163 for deliveries or transportation. This dinner is done solely with private donations. If you would like to donate, make checks payable to "Project Thanksgiving" at PO Box 205, Havana, IL 62644. We always need people to serve the meals, deliver the meals, or clean-up afterwards.
