HJHS Hosts Meet
It was Raiders, Wildcats, and Ducks
all together on Thursday , March 26th for the first home meet of the
year. On a beautiful March afternoon all three schools awaited the
starters gun and a great afternoon of competition was underway. Click

HJHS Principal Jerry Wilson is probably better known as Coach Wilson of the HHS Lady Ducks Basketball team. This year he and a team of remarkable young ladies made a historic season with Regional and Sectional Championships. Earlier in the day The Pekin Daily Times named Coach Wilson as their "Coach of the Year". Congratulations to a great Team and a great Coach, even though Jerry modestly told me, "My wife could coach those girls". I think you can ask any of the girls on the team and they will all tell you that they had one fantastic Coach.
