The Illinois River…has once again been showing the results of a wet spring. These photos were taken on the morning of Wednesday, May 20th with the official levels recorded at 24' 8". With the flood stage at 14' and a predicted crest at 25' 5" on Friday morning, this spring will go down in history as one of the highest levels in Havana for many years.
