Meeting Minutes from October 20, 2009

The City Council met in Regular Session in the Council Chambers; Mayor Dale Roberts called

 the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.; Deputy City Clerk Marty Balbinot called the roll and the following Aldermen answered to their names: Jim Sarnes, Portia Brown, Greg Cox, Harold Palmer, Jim Stroh, Charles Campbell, Brenda Stadsholt & Don Bryant.   Absent: None.   A quorum was present. Meeting taped.  Attorney Blake Lindner was in attendance.

The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was repeated by City Officials and Guests.

                                    He also reported that 50 stumps

                                    had been removed from downed

                                    trees and grass had been planted.

                                    Handrails had been installed in

                                    front of both Todd Mendenhall’s

                                    and JoAnn Shore’s businesses on

                                    north Plum street.
