The City Council met in Regular Session in the Council Chambers; Mayor Dale Roberts calledthe meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.; City Clerk Ruby Miller called the roll and the following Aldermen answered to their names: Jim Sarnes, Portia Brown, Greg Cox, Harold Palmer, Jim Stroh, Charles Campbell, Brenda Stadsholt & Don Bryant. Absent: None A quorum was present. Meeting taped. Attorney Blake Lindner was in attendance. The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag was repeated by City Officials and Guests. ________________________________________________________________________ TOPIC DISCUSSION ACTION TAKEN APPROVAL Mayor Roberts asked for The minutes were approved MINUTES page 2 of minutes to be corrected as corrected. NOV. 17, 2009 to say Mason County would host the next County & City Officials meeting in Havana Townhouse in the minutes of Nov. 17, 2009.

PUBLIC WORKS Mayor Roberts reported that None Jewel Bucy’s absence is due To his mother passing away.
FINANCE & Alderman Palmer presented the None PURCHASING 6 month budget comparison Report.
HEALTH & Alderman Stroh reported that None SANITATION John Kachanuk couldn’t be Here tonight; but he had told Him that Mauer-Stutz from Canton would look at a Building for $105/hr.
LICENSES Alderman Cox 1st presentation None ORD. & LEGAL of Ord. #1311 being the 2009 Tax Levy. Alderman Cox 1st presentation of Ord. #1312 being the Abatement of part of the 2009 Tax Levy for bond payments. Ord. #1311 and Ord. #1312 will be Available for review at City Hall.
Alderman Cox said he’d like to None Recognize Gene Oney who Passed away this week. He Employed a lot of people over The years.
PERSONNEL Alderwoman Stadsholt reported None That she had a letter from Marie Harper. Mayor Roberts said We should handle that with an FOP addendum to cover it.
PLANNING Alderman Bryant reported on the None elevations at Sand Lake. We have cleaned out the drainage culverts and the water will be moving toward the inlets to the big storm sewer that are at the high school corner.
PROPERTY & Alderwoman Brown reported the None ZONING Committee will meet at 6:15pm on 12/15/09 to discuss the Riverside Club/Sr. Cit. bldg. repairs. Use TIF dollars to fix up building $125,000…..$25,000 per year.
PUBLIC SAFETY None None
PUBLIC WORKS Alderman Campbell & Council None discussed the east end water problem.
Mayor Roberts recognized None Ed Haage. Mr. Haage stated the ground pressure from the water table is part of the problem with the storm sewer. The acquifer if 35 miles wide.
Alderman Campbell reported that None Jewel Bucy said it would cost $13,000 to fix the media in the water filter… Layne Western would do the work.
ADJOURNMENT Mayor Roberts adjourned the None meeting at 7:55 p.m.
